Le système de Tycho Brahé:
In 1543, Nicolas Copernicus (February 19, 1473 to May 24, 1543) a Polish priest, says that the sun is the center of the universe (before Galileo) and the 5 known planets (Venus, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter and Saturn) plus a sixth (the earth) circling around him. Then in 1575, Tycho Brahe, (December 14, 1546- October 24, 1601) Danish astronomer, built the first modern observatory. It measures the position of the stars with the instruments he invented. Then he concludes that the planets revolve around the sun.
